Changes to CBISA Plus™ and CBISA Online™ 

New Occurrence Field and Report

CBISA Plus™ and CBISA Online™ for Senior Living have a new data entry field on the Occurrence form.  The field is designed to collect the "Primary Service Zip Code" information.  Enter the zip code using the format of nnnnn or nnnnn-nnnn (Zip +4).  The report for the Primary Service Zip Code field has been added to the "Listings" menu in Reports & Listings ("Occurrences-Selected Zip Code").  The options for this new report include:  Date Range, Portrait or Landscape, and checkboxes to select, one, some, or all zip codes.  Only the zip codes entered on an Occurrence form will show in the available zip code list.
