Readme for CBISA Online™ Version 3.3.80 (06/02/2012)

Changes to CBISA Online™ for Healthcare
  • A "Title Field" has been added to the Narratives/General page and the Outcomes module.  The browse box and relationship manager will continue to show the date and the first few words in the narrative or description box on the Outcomes page until a title is input.
  • "Record Created by" is now an email link.  This is found at the bottom of all data record screens except those in the financial services module.
  • You can now attach an outside document to an Occurrence, Narrative, and Outcome form.  At the bottom of the data entry screen, click on the "Attach a File" link and browse to your document.  You may attach any file type, including Word, Excel, or PDF; however, you may only attach one file to each CBISA record.  To remove an attached file from the CBISA record, click on the "garbage can" icon.  In both cases, attaching and removing, the action is not complete until you have saved the record.

  • The Partnerships-Selected Programs report (Partnership Menu #1), when run in the "active" mode, now includes all occurrence statistics (input hours from line 3, outputs from line 4, total expense, total offsetting revenue, and net benefit)
  • New report:  Multi Elements of Cost (Multi Menu #4)
  • New report:  Multi User Defined Occurrences (Multi Menu #13)
  • New report:  Multi Benefit Detailed-Classified (Multi Menu #29)
  • New report:  Multi Reporting Unit Defaults (Multi Menu #33)
  • New report:  Multi Programs Alternate Classified (Multi Menu #35)
  • New report:  Attachments (Other Reports #6)
  • Report Enhancement:  User Defined Code reports (single and multi) now sort by, and include as the selection criterion, the Code rather than the Description
