Readme for CBISA Online™ Version 3.3.86 (07/28/2012)

Changes to CBISA Plus™ for Healthcare
  • To more closely align with 990 Schedule H Instructions, Form, and worksheets the following changes have been made in the Financial Services module:  Traditional Charity Care has been changed to Financial Assistance; and, Unpaid Cost of Medicaid has been changed to Medicaid.  In the Programs module, a Category D "Research" offset has been added for License and Royalty fees and a checkbox has been added to all Category C (Subsidized Health Services) for Physicians Clinics.
  • "Record created by" has been added to all Financial Services records.
  • The ability to attach a file has been added to the following screens in the Financial Services module:  Financial Assistance, Medicaid, Means Tested Programs, IRS Medicare, and IRS Bad Debt.
  • The ability to attach a file has been added to the Partnership/General page.

  • "Program Primarily In" dropdown on the Target Audience page of the Program record has been included in the CBISA Customization feature list.
  • In Financial Services, Traditional Charity Care has been changed to Financial Assistance and Unpaid Medicaid has been changed to Medicaid.
  • "Record created by" has been added to all Financial Services records.
  • The ability to attach a file has been added to the following screens in the Financial Services module:  Financial Assistance, Medicaid, Means Tested Programs, and Medicare (Optional).
  • The ability to attach a file has been added to the Partnership/General page.

  • New report: Programs not Linked to a Need (Needs Reports #10)
  • Report Enhancement:  Titles have been added to the IRS worksheets on the IRS Reports menu
  • Report Enhancement:  "Program Detail Full" report now contains a list of the needs linked to the program (Menu I #2)
  • Report Enhancement:  "Last Login Date" has been added to the Users report (Other Reports #1)
