Changes to CBISA Online™ for Healthcare and Education

Partnership Module has a new sub-menu page:  Areas of Interest.  Areas of Interest are added in Edit Defaults and present on the sub-menu page as checkboxes.  As with all checkboxes in CBISA Online, you may check more than one box.

Fringe Percent calculates correctly when copying occurrences from different fiscal years.  Under certain circumstances, the fringe percent calculation was set incorrectly to zero.  This issue has been addressed and corrected.  If it is your practice to copy occurrences from one fiscal year to another, you may want to apply the fringe percent tool (Options/Change Fringe Percents) to make sure that all occurrences with a salary expense have the proper fringe amount.

Indirect "Factor" changed to "Percentage"  We have changed the name for the method of calculating indirects from "factor" to "percentage".  The method of calculation and they way the rate is entered on the Reporting Unit Financial page remains unchanged.

Edit Default tab names have been shortened in some cases to allow more space for newly and recently added defaults.  The functionality for all default tabs remains unchanged.

Changes to CBISA Online™ for Education

Partnership Type dropdown has been added to Edit Defaults and is now customizable.  

Key Leaders edit default has been added to CBISA Customization.  To hide the Key Leaders edit default tab, uncheck the box on the CBISA Customization default.



Report Changes to All CBISA Online™ Versions

Control Listings "Occurrences-Selected Users".  The landscape version of this report now includes the "date entered" field along with the "occurrence date" field.  

Report Changes to CBISA Online™ Healthcare

New report on IRS 990 Schedule H menu "Reconciliation".  The new report provides net community benefit numbers sorted by category, then by program name.  If the net benefit amount is blank in the IRS Reportable column, then the "IRS Reportable" checkbox on the Program/General screen is unchecked.

Report Changes to CBISA Online™ Healthcare and LTC

New Report on Multi Unit menu "Multi Benefit Summary Classified".  The new report is now presented as "classified", i.e. it reports programs by the targeted population (broader community or living in poverty) selected on the Program/General screen.

Report Changes to CBISA Online™ Healthcare and Education

New report on Partnership menu "Partnerships-Selected Areas of Interest".  The new report shows the partnership and contact information for each selected "Area of Interest".
