Programs-Target Audience

A sub-menu tab (or page) available for data input on the Program screens is Target Audience. The Target Audience tab allows you to further specify who the program is trying to reach as its audience.  The available fields to complete are:

County (which can be renamed in custom terms, i.e. parish, region, zip code, etc.)

Gender (drop down list for male, female or all genders).  The field automatically defaults to "Select One".

Vulnerable populations The program is delivered with the standard special needs populations of Persons with Disabilities, Racial, Cultural and Ethnic Minorities, and Uninsured/Underinsured.  You may add as many additional special needs populations as necessary, or edit and delete the existing populations.  Each will appear on the Target Audience screen as a "check box".

Age The standard delivered age groups are: Adults, Children, Infants, Seniors and Teens.  You may add as many additional age groups as necessary, or edit and delete the existing age categories.  Each will appear on the Target Audience screen as a "check box".

You may also hide the entire Target Audience page, just the Gender, Vulnerable Populations and Ages, and County fields, or any combination of the data entry sections through the CBISA Customization function in Edit Defaults.
