Defaults-Vulnerable Populations

To Add Vulnerable Populations for Programs:

Choose Options then Edit Defaults (top right hand side of screen)

Choose the Vulnerable Populations tab 

Click on the function button Add 

Type in a description of fifty (50) alphanumeric characters, or less

Click on OK to save the new Vulnerable Populations group

To Edit existing Vulnerable Populations groups:

Choose Options then Edit Defaults (top right hand side of screen)

Choose the Vulnerable Populations tab 

Highlight the Vulnerable Populations group you wish to change and click on the function button Edit

Make any necessary changes to the Vulnerable Populations group description

Click on OK to save your changes

To Delete existing Vulnerable Populations groups:

Choose Options then Edit Defaults (top right hand side of screen)

Choose the Vulnerable Populations tab 

Highlight the Vulnerable Populations group you wish to delete and click on the function button Delete

If the Vulnerable Populations group is currently in use, you will get a warning message asking if you wish to delete it anyway.  Click OK to proceed with the Delete, or Cancel.

The Vulnerable Populations fields are available as check boxes on the Target Audience screen of the Program record.
