Defaults-Custom Terms
CBISA™ enables a user to rename several terms within the program and add additional input and output counters for the Occurrence form. The new substituted term will show throughout the program and on reports. The terms that can be substituted or added are:
County (on the Target Audience page of the Program Record)
Department (1st tab in Defaults and carries through Program and Occurrence records and Narrative entries)
3rd Input Count (adds an additional numerical input count to the Occurrence record)
2nd Numeric Output (adds an additional numerical output count to the Occurrence record)
3rd Numeric Output (adds an additional numerical output count to the Occurrence record)
Living in Poverty (on the General page of the Program record)
Means-Tested Programs (located in Financial Services)
Staff Hours (Occurrence records)
Volunteer Hours (Occurrence records)
Average Hourly Pay Rate 1 (standard dollar pay rates are entered on the Reporting Unit Financial information screen, and then new fields are available on the Occurrence screen to be used in calculating salary expense)
Average Hourly Pay Rate 2 (standard dollar pay rates are entered on the Reporting Unit Financial information screen, and then new fields are available on the Occurrence screen to be used in calculating salary expense)
Average Hourly Pay Rate 3 (standard dollar pay rates are entered on the Reporting Unit Financial information screen, and then new fields are available on the Occurrence screen to be used in calculating salary expense)
Average Hourly Pay Rate 4 (standard dollar pay rates are entered on the Reporting Unit Financial information screen, and then new fields are available on the Occurrence screen to be used in calculating salary expense)
Partnership main module tab can be renamed
To Edit a Custom Term field:
Choose Options then Edit Defaults (top right hand side of screen)
Choose the Custom Terms tab
Highlight the term you want to customize and click on Edit
Type in a new name in the Substitution field (up to 50 alphanumeric characters)
Type in a new name in the Short Substitution field (up to 10 alphanumeric characters) or tab through the field and the Short Substitution field will automatically be completed by truncating the first 10 characters of the Substitution field
Click on Save to save the new Custom Term field
