Defaults-Ages

To Add additional Ages to the delivered ages for Programs:

Choose Options then Edit Defaults (top right hand side of screen)

Choose the Ages tab 

Click on the function button Add 

Type in an Age description of fifty (50) alphanumeric characters, or less

Click on OK to save the new Age description

To Edit existing Ages:

Choose Options then Edit Defaults (top right hand side of screen)

Choose the Ages tab 

Highlight the Age you wish to change and click on function button Edit

Make any necessary changes to the Age description

Click on OK to save your changes

To Delete existing Ages:

Choose Options then Edit Defaults (top right hand side of screen)

Choose the Ages tab 

Highlight the Age you wish to delete and click on the function button Delete

If the Age is currently in use, you will get a pop up warning message asking if you wish to delete it anyway.  Click OK to continue with the delete.


The Ages are available as check boxes on the Target Audience screen of the Program record and are sorted alphabetically or numerically on the Default and Target Audience screens.
