    Email Address Added to Department Rate Table
    You may now add an email address in for the contact name listed in the Department Rate Table.  If you have entered an email address in the contact information, it will now show on the Activities/General screen below the contact phone number.  To email the sponsoring department contact, click on the "Send Email" button. This will launch your default email provider.

    "Facility" Changed to "Reporting Unit"
    Due to many requests from our current client base, we have renamed "Facility" to "Reporting Unit".  "Reporting Unit" is a better way to describe how complicated organizational structures are capturing data.  The new term will flow through to every area of the software including organizational defaults, users, and reports & listings.

    Objective Screen Updated
    Two text fields on the Objective screen have been updated to free form text boxes in order to allow for more complete answers.  The updated text fields are:  Community need being addressed and How was the need determined (assessed)?

    Important Software "Fixes" Implemented
    In previous versions of the software, the customized term for "Department" was not persisting correctly throughout the software and on reports.  This issue has been corrected.  Also, in some instances, the Department name was not correctly showing on occurrences if you navigated from an unsaved occurrence to another occurrence in the browse box.  The Department name now shows correctly when viewing/editing occurrences.

    New Report:  Activity Contacts
    A new report has been added to the Control Listings menu.  The Activity Contacts report is available for all activities or just active activities (those with occurrences in the selected date range), is sorted by department, shows contact information (name and email address), activity title, year that the activity was created, and category associated with the activity.
