    "Notes" Added to Financial Services
A free form text box, "Notes", has been added to the Traditional Charity Care, Unpaid Cost of Medicaid, and Other Means-tested Program screens.  In a future enhancement of the software you will be able to include your notes on the Menu I #8 " Financial Details" report.

New Data Entry Fields Added to the Activities/Objective Page
The following fields have been added to the Activities/Objective page:  Community need being addressed (text field); How was the need determined (text field); Problem is related to (a) Access  (b) Community Health Improvement (check boxes).  In a future enhancement of the software you will be able to view the new community benefit questions on the Menu I #2 "Activities Detail-Full" report.

    Enhancement to User Permission Levels
If your hospital reports community benefit information to an Association that uses the CBISA Association Rollup™ program, you can now choose which
user(s) may accept the request for the snapshot.  In the previous version, all Facility Coordinators receive the "nag" when a snapshot was requested.  Now, in the current version, a System Administrator, Multi Facility Coordinator, and Facility Coordinator may accept the request for snapshot.  The option to request the snapshot is turned "on" or "off" on the Advanced Tab of the User account located in Options/Org Defaults/Users.  In order to receive and answer the snapshot request a user's permission level must have the "micro reporting option" and "accept snapshot" boxes checked.

Note to System Administrators:  This version of the software (3.1.6) will "turn on" the enhancement for any System Administrator, Multi Facility Coordinator and Facility Coordinator that belongs to a facility that currently reports to an Association.  You will need to decide who will receive and answer the snapshot request and "turn off" the option for any other users.  More than one user may have this option "turned on".

    "Served" Added to "Persons" Field
On the Occurrence form, line 4, the statistic labeled "Persons" has been updated to say "Persons Served".

User Report Enhanced to Include User Email Address
The "Users" report on the Extract Menu has been enhanced to include the user account email address in the Preview and Print modes, along with the previously existing Export mode.
