Deleting Multiple Occurrences
Users who have access to add/edit/delete occurrences (System Administrator, Coordinator, Finance, Reporter) may now delete multiple occurrences.  To delete multiple occurrences, use the control key and mouse to choose (or highlight) the records to be deleted.  Click on the delete key and records will be permanently removed from your database.

Offsetting Revenue Fields Reordered
The offsetting revenue field "Fees" has been reordered to now appear as the first data entry field in the list.  "Foundation/Fundraising" and "Grants/Support" fields have been moved and now appear above the "Other" data entry field.

Facility Grid Can be Ordered by Region
The facility information grid can now be sorted not only by facility name, city, and state, but by region designation also.  To sort the facility list, simply click on the column heading.  The current sort will be saved until the facility grid is re-sorted.
 
IRS Medicare Screen
The calculation for IRS Medicare has been reversed to align with the IRS Form 990 Schedule H part III calculations.  Any shortage in Medicare will be shown as a negative number and any surplus will now be shown as a positive number.

New "Please Wait" Message
During certain processes and calculations you may notice a "Please Wait" message on the control panel above the browse box.  The message is designed to help users know when the current process is complete and the next process may begin. 

Minor Corrections to Some IRS Worksheets/Reports
The calculations for some IRS worksheets/reports were modified to insure mathematical accuracy.
