Changes to CBISA Plus™ and CBISA Online™

IRS 990 Schedule H Reconciliation Report updated to better illustrate difference between what is reported as Community Benefit and what is reported to the IRS as Community Benefit

When the IRS Reportable box is unchecked for a Program, that Program and its associated statistics appears on the Reconciliation report highlighted in pale green.  Also, when hovering the mouse over the "0" in the IRS Reportable column, an explanation is presented.

When the Community Benefit reported is a net negative for a Program or Financial Service record, that record appears on the Reconciliation report highlighted in orange. Per 2015 IRS 990H instructions, negative net community benefit should be reported as "0"; however, the Community Benefit column will continue to show the net negative amount. Again, an added explanation appears when hovering the mouse over the "0" in the IRS Reportable column.
