Readme for CBISA™ Mobile Version (03/14/2018)

 

New Mobile Site Added!

 

·   Occurrence entry functionality now available on mobile devices, empowering all entry-enabled users to enter Occurrence data while “in the field” and away from the office.  To access the mobile version, Apple users can simply go to their regular login screen on their mobile device.  Android users will do the same, but for their first login on their device will also need to click the “Mobile Site” link at the bottom of the login page.  For more information on getting started with CBISA™ Mobile, please click here.

Updates to Note!

 

·   “Link” Function Button Added

New function button added above Browse Box to provide shortcut to relationship manager, making it quicker and easier to link modules together.

 

·   “Needs-Linked Programs Statistic Summary” Report Added

New Needs summary report added that shows dollars spent for each Program linked to a Need, as well as totals for those linked Programs for each Need in the report.

 

·   “Send Email” Button Added to Departments and Reporting Unit Default Screens

Function button added to Departments and Reporting Unit default screens that launches user’s default email application with selected contact(s) automatically inserted into the “To” field for direct email access from the respective default screen list.  (NOTE:  The Reporting Unit “Send Email” function is only applicable for multi-unit organizations.)

 

·   “Multi IRS Reconciliation” Report Added (Multi Reporting Unit Only)

Report added to help multi-unit organizations reconcile differences in IRS reporting for multiple selected reporting units.
