Filter-Programs


To access the available filters for the Programs module, from the main screen (Program/General), choose the function button "More" and then the option, "Show Filters".  Next, move your cursor to the radio button next to the desired filter and click once to select that filter.  Click on "Close" at the bottom of the filter screen.  The list of available programs in the browse box will match the parameters as described in the filter.  To return to the default list of records, go back to the available filter list (More/Show Filters) and select filter number 1.  Click on "Close" at the bottom of the filter screen to return to the data entry page.


Available Filters

Select the order you like to view the records in the browse box.  Options include:  Title (the Program title on the General page); and, Tracked Since Date (the Date the Program was created).

Only show Programs with Occurrences: in the current fiscal year or in any fiscal year.  This option is selected from a dropdown list and remains active while you are working in the Programs module and may be combined with any additional filter.
  
1.  All approved, active programs (default).  The default filter contains a list of all of the active programs, which include programs entered by an administrator (system administrator, multi-coordinator, or a coordinator) or programs that were added by a reporter (multi or single) and imported by the administrator.

2.  All approved, inactive programs.  The filter contains a list of all programs that have been marked as inactive.  

3.  All approved, active and inactive programs. The filter contains a list of all programs that are currently active and inactive.

4.  Only pending programs, or programs with pending occurrences.  The filter contains a list of records that have been added by a reporter and have not been imported by a coordinator/administrator.  The list may contain pending programs, pending programs with pending occurrences, or active programs with pending occurrences.

5.  Only approved, active programs in specific category(s).  The filter contains a list of active records that have been assigned to a specific category.  To view more than one category in the browse box, hold down the "control" key on your keyboard and select each desired category by choosing (clicking on) it from the list.

6.  Only approved, active programs for the Living in Poverty.  The filter contains a list of active records that have been targeted for those living in poverty.  The target designation is chosen on the Program/General page.

7.  Only approved, active programs for the Broader Community.  The filter contains a list of active records that have been targeted for the broader community.  The target designation is chosen on the Program/General page.

8.  Only approved, active programs in a specific department(s).  The filter contains a list of active records that have been assigned to a specific sponsoring department on the Program/General screen.   To view more than one department in the browse box, hold down the "control" key on your keyboard and select each desired department by choosing (clicking on) it from the list.  

9.  Only approved programs which are/are not IRS reportable.  The filter contains a list of active records that have/do not have (depending on your selection from the dropdown list) the IRS Reportable check box selected.
