Updates to Note!

 

·   “User Added” Column Added to Users Default Screen

New column added to Users default screen indicating exact date listed user was added into CBISA. (NOTE: No date displayed for Users added prior to logging functionality’s introduction in 2014.)

 

·   “Selected Categories – Program Detail/Classified” Report Added

A refined version of the report formerly titled “Selected Categories – Program Detail” has been added to the Programs report list. The new report classifies its data between programs targeted for those living in poverty and those in the broader community.

As a result, the original “Selected Categories – Program Detail” report is now titled “Selected Categories – Program Detail/Unclassified”.

 

 

·   Multi-Unit Report Updates (Not Applicable for Single-Site Users)

 

·   Empty Grouping Option Selections Now Identified in Preview Screens

Group, Region, and Entity selection options now appear on report preview screens in a light blue font when no Reporting Units have been assigned to them.  This distinction makes it easier for users to know which grouping options should have reports created and which ones should not.

 

·   Multi-Unit Report Checkbox Listings Now Display Reporting Unit Names With Descriptions They’ve Added That Aren’t Used Throughout Organization

If an individual Reporting Unit adds its own description to an existing default list (e.g. “Young Adults” to the Ages defaults), then that Reporting Unit’s name is now displayed on the report preview checklist next to the added description’s checkbox. This feature enables multi-unit users not only to know which of their facilities added the description, but also to see why that facility shows data entered for that description while other facilities do not.
