Updates to Note!
· New Report Added
A new report has been added to the Statistics menu: Occurrences-Data Extract. This report is a flat file report which includes some important Program fields and all of the Occurrence data fields. As a flat file report, this report should not be printed, but rather exported to Excel. To export the report, first preview and then click on the export icon located to the right of the printer icon in the report task bar. From the file format dropdown, select “Microsoft Excel Workbook Data-Only” and click Export. Please note: If you have a large amount of Occurrences in the requested date range, this report may take some time to present in the preview window.

· Exported Excel Reports
Many of the reports on the Programs, Summaries, Statistics, IRS 990 Schedule H and Multi-Unit menus have been adjusted to correctly export to Excel. Examples of these adjusted reports include the Report Header, Column Headers, and Total/Grand Totals column alignment.
