Facility Reporter Fixes and Enhancements
Some Facility Reporters who were using Internet Explorer v6 encountered problems when adding or editing an occurrence and selecting a department from the department dropdown selection list. The error has been corrected.
User Defined Codes are now available for Facility Reporters on Activities and Occurrences.
Occurrence form changes
The option to copy an Occurrence (available to System Administrators, Multi-Facility Coordinators, and Facility Coordinators) has been re-activated. The Occurrence date field no longer always defaults to the first day of the current fiscal year. The first time an Occurrence is entered for an Activity, the date will default to the first day of the current fiscal year. However, after the first record is added, then the Occurrence date field will "remember" the previous date added or the date of an Occurrence if one already exists.
Medicare Option Moved
The optional to allow for the collection of the Unpaid Cost of Medicare in the Financial Services module has been moved from the Facility information page to the Facility financial page. To access the Medicare option, choose Options, then Org Defaults. Select the desired facility, click on the function button "Edit", then choose the Financial tab. If the box is "unchecked", the Unpaid Cost of Medicare screen is not visible in Financial Services and the statistics are not included in reports. However, if the box is "checked", the Unpaid Cost of Medicare screen is available in Financial Services for data input and the statistics are included in reports.
Numeric sorting now available in the "Ages" default
Numeric age groups on the "Ages" default screen (and on the Target Audience Activity page) now sort correctly.
Migrated data on the Financial Services screens now presents correctly
For migrated data, the Charges and Cost to Charge ratio data fields for option A were flipped on the Financial Service screens. This has been corrected and all fields show the correct numeric values.
Facility list sorts alphabetically
If an organization contains more than one facility, the facility dropdown list on the main data entry module screen is alphabetized by facility name. Only users with a System or Multi-Facility user level will see more than one facility in the dropdown list.
Report changes and additions
Control Listings report #1 "Occurrences-Selected Activities" now allows for the option of selecting only Community Benefit Activities or All Activities
New Reports: Complete Summaries #9 "Summary by Month" and #10 "State of Maryland Community Benefit Inventory"; Control Listings #6 "Pending Occurrences"; Multi-Facility #24 "Multi Summary by Month"
